Our Factory

Our factory encompasses over 150,000 square meters, which contains nine fabrication bays measuring 16,000 square meters, and ten outdoor fabrication shops with an area of 20,000 square meters, equipped with a full-fledged set up for fabrication of Structures, Pressure Vessels, Process Equipment, Heat Exchangers, Distillation Columns, Tanks, and allied equipment. The fabrication shops are well equipped with electrically operated overhead cranes, welding machines, and heavy rolling machines.

Blast and paint bay and shop is also housed here with an area of 10,000 square meters. as well as our main setup and storage yards and indoor warehouses.

EMMC has provided the possibility to enter into vast arenas of manufacturing with the presence of more than 50 expert workforces, benefiting from 600 skillful and semi- adept workers and the application of modern-world machinery and knowledge, followed by the potential of design and manufacturing for this plant. These facilities have led to production of 1500 MT of  heavy metal structures per month.

Factory Units

Our factory includes six units which bear the manufacturing responsibility as below:

  1. Technical office – Our experienced Production Planning team ensures the customer requirements and project schedule are met.
  2. Production – The Production unit is responsible for the fabrication activities in the company. Observing the conformity in the products with the detail designs is the Production unit’s responsibility. The Production unit transfers any kind of issue in the design via the technical office to the Design department.
  3. Quality Assurance and Control – Quality systems registrations are held at all EMMC manufacturing facilities to insure and maintain our ability to deliver consistently high quality products to the various industries served.
  4. Blasting and Painting – This unit is responsible for blasting and painting activities. Today’s coating systems reliably protect the steel while enhancing the appearance to match the designer’s imagination. The highest standards for appropriate preparation of the layers ensure meeting the highest cleanliness quality of all profiles.
  5. Loading, Shipment and Delivery – Loading and delivering products based on the safety procedures to the final destination of consumer is the responsibility of this unit.
  6. Storage – This unit is required to record all the materials, items and standard equipment. The responsibility of well-keeping and having the updated statistics of all the things is the task of this unit.
