Design and Engineering

Aiming at accelerating production and coordination among engineering and production processes more than ever, EMMC has equipped the Design and Engineering division in its head office in Tehran with a 1500 square-meter infrastructure, dealing with design, engineering, and preparation of workshop plans, and a personnel of 40 Master and Bachelor of Arts experts and drawing technicians.

Procurement

Doing the right thing and mitigation of risk of supply chain disruption have formed the primary drivers for EMMC responsibility in Global Procurement. Depending on the projects, EMMC acquires seals and some other equipment from well-known foreign companies especially European ones.

Manufacturing

EMMC has provided the possibility to enter into vast arenas of manufacturing with the presence of more than 50 expert workforces, benefiting from 600 skillful and semi- adept workers, and the application of modern-world machinery and knowledge, following by the potential of design and manufacturing for this plant. Our manufacturing plant is located in Esfahan, where we can provide many of the raw materials directly from the steel producers.

Installation and Erection

Our Installation and Erection services are available independently or as a package on projects that EMMC fabricates. These services could be carried out by EMMC sister company, Industrial Building Company, IBC; which can provide services in field of Installation, Erection and Commissioning as well as concrete structures and Civil engineering.

Erection is carried out by EMMC personnel, partners, or subcontracted out to qualified Erectors who work under the direct management and supervision of EMMC. A qualified site supervisor from EMMC will manage the project whenever erection is under our responsibility.

In the Installation and Erection contracts of EMMC, the Site Support Coordinator makes site visits and the Estimation and Material Planning department is responsible for the precise estimation of materials, items, equipment, and machinery needed for the performance. During Installation, the site engineer is required to report any issues to the Project Manager via the Site Support Coordinator.

Erection and Supply of Structural Steel and equipment carried out by EMMC have the following advantages:

  • Saves time and effort in solving disputes and claims raised by the erector due to delivery issues and mismatches, if any.
  • Saves customer coordination between supplier and erector.
  • Delivers adjusted to suit site conditions.
  • Handles all revisions easily by coordination between the EMMC Design and Engineering division and erection crew at site.

Investments

Financial management Concerns the acquisition (investment), financing, and management of assets with some overall goals in mind. The Finance Department supports EMMC on a day to day basis to assist in the delivery of the business plan and corporate objectives.

Administrative

A strategy and integration organization, led by the CEO, hosts our “Business Functions”, including Human Resources, Finance, IT and Technology, Marketing, Research and Development, and Procurement while ensures integration across the Divisions and Functions.

Partners and Supplies

We are working with several of our business partners on projects to address Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability concerns. Installation, Erection and commissioning could be carried out by EMMC sister company, Industrial Building Company, IBC which can also provide services in field of concrete structures and Civil engineering.
