Factory Units
Our factory includes six units which bear the manufacturing responsibility as below:
Technical Office
Our experienced Production Planning team ensures the customer requirements and project schedule are met.
Technical Office tasks include:
- Coordinate production schedule
- Estimate and delivery of items
- Avoid engineering misunderstanding for the production department
- Report the issues in the manufacture plans, refer to the Design department, and receive replies and refer to the Production unit.
Production
The Production unit is responsible for the fabrication activities in the company. Observing the conformity in the products with the detail designs is the Production unit’s responsibility. The Production unit transfers any kind of issue in the design via the technical office to the Design department.
Preparation
We have expanded our preparation facilities and invested in the latest equipment and technology to ensure quality and accuracy of beams, angles, and plates preparation.
Fabrication
Highly qualified fitters and welders certified to AWS/ ASME are employed for all our work. Experienced foremen, engineers, and supervisors supervise all production activities.
EMMC’s Fabrication facility utilizes the latest state-of-the-art equipment for burning, cutting, squaring, beveling, bending, and rolling of both carbon steel and stainless steel materials. Our in-house Quality Assurance and Quality Control Program satisfies the requirements of recognized codes and standards.
Our CNC plasma cutter guarantees the highest degree of accuracy for the cutting and consequently assembling of all type of complicated shapes. In addition, the system has line-marking capability to ensure that all attachments are accurately located.
Quality Assurance and Control
The Quality Control unit uses the most updated, most precise, and most powerful tools and equipment, and holds responsibility for the production process. The close relation with the costumer supervision system is also the responsibility of this department, which results in minimizing the production error.
Our extensive quality control system ensures that all custom pressure vessels or tanks have been properly designed, fabricated, and inspected.
From inquiry to delivery of product, and onto continuous improvement, the process-based system allows EMMC to address the smallest details with a cross-functional project management methodology.
Blasting and Painting
We use Garnet for blasting to protect our environment. Garnet sand is a good abrasive, and a common replacement for silica sand in sand blasting. There are different kinds of abrasive garnets which can be divided based on their origin. The largest source of abrasive garnet today is garnet rich beach sand which is quite abundant on Indian and Australian coasts.
Loading, Shipment and Delivery
The unit tasks defined as below:
- In-house engineering staff provide engineered load configuration
drawings for permit submissions - Thorough routing analysis from origin to destination
- Platform scales and portable scales to ensure loading weights are within limits
Storage
Nowadays we could claim that high quality and cost-effective production without appropriate storage is impossible. EMMC has attempted to create precise and updated storage systems. This unit is required to record all the materials, items and standard equipment. The responsibility of well-keeping and having the updated statistics of all the things is the task of this unit. EMMC has provided a huge amount of capacity of raw material to speed up starting the fabrication projects.
